I'm building Uara, a health-tech company focused on human optimisation.

Documenting

  • Decisions
  • Constraints
  • Failures

This is a record of building something real, from the beginning.

The next health infrastructure

building

Uara is being built to treat health as infrastructure.
A system designed to understand patterns, trade-offs, and change over time, not isolated metrics.

Why I'm building this in public

Outcomes

Attention doesn't equal improvement. If progress can't be sustained over time, it doesn't matter how active a system feels.

Systems

Motivation is unreliable. Health has to work under stress, low energy, and real constraints — not only when life is calm.

Clarity

More metrics don't mean better decisions. What matters is understanding what changed, why it changed, and what it implies over time.

Not another tracker

If something only works when conditions are ideal, it doesn't belong.

Built on purpose

Tested before scaled. Shaped by biological limits.

WHO AM I

I'm 26 and I've never documented my journey before. Now things have changed.

Quietly Building

Two degrees, a pandemic, and a medtech startup built from nothing. Most of my life spent working in the background.

New Chapter

Now I'm closing that chapter and starting a new one. For the first time, I'm choosing to document what I'm building, what I'm learning, and where I'm headed.

The Real Process

Just documenting decisions, constraints, and failures as they happen.

Part of the Beginning

I don't have a digital footprint yet — but I do have a story, and I'm figuring out how to tell it. If you're here, you're part of this beginning.

I'm documenting my journey for the first time. If you have thoughts on what I share, I'd genuinely appreciate hearing them.
